I fell off the radar but am back with a recipe to make up for my absence! I first had this recipe at a going away party thrown in my honor by my friend Rachel when we moved to IL. It is the perfect combination of spicy cheesy goodness. It is a highly requested recipe and is a staple for our work potlucks. Perfect dip for a cold afternoon watching football or addition to your holiday party.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Recipe from Rachel
1 8 oz pkg of cream cheese
1/2 cup creamy blue cheese dressing
1/2 cup Frank’s red hot sauce
1-2 cups of cooked chicken – shredded or cut up into tiny pieces
1/2 -1 8 oz pkg of shredded mexican blend cheese or monterey jack cheese depending on how much cheese you like
Preheat over to 350. Spread cream cheese on bottom of pie plate or pan.
In another bowl mix blue cheese and red hot sauce, pour over cream
cheese. Sprinkle chicken and then cheese on top.
Bake for 20 min. Stir it all up to blend as soon as you take it out.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or veggies.
